The Montrose Depot offers an affordable location with many conveniences. Treat your guests to a venue that is out of the ordinary. 

Sound and Presentation System

A sound and presentation system is available at the Montrose Depot at no additional per event fee. The sound system  allows for pre-recorded music to be played through the sound system. The digital projector can be connected to any laptop for a dynamic presentation. Please make arrangements with the city offices to utilize this equipment for your event.

Maximum Occupancy

Our facility is able to accommodate roughly 40-45 guests. This is based on seating and table configuration.

The Montrose Depot has the decor and memorabilia for  unique event and is located just minutes from I-75.

Outdoor Areas

The Montrose Depot is situated in the center of Downtown Montrose. Our grounds provide picnic benches and well lit parking.
